Pinner Village Show 2026 ran on 12 September; 2027 is pencilled in for 11 September. Running order, past totals (£10,000 in 2025) and where the money goes.
Update, 21 September 2026. The show has been and gone, and Pinner Rotary has put up a date for the next one: Saturday 11 September 2027, which it describes as provisional. No fundraising total has been published yet.
Checked again 2 October 2026: still no 2026 total or thank-you note. Rotary’s dedicated 2026 show page has been taken down, and its main Village Show page now says only that the show “took place on Saturday 12 September”, with the provisional 2027 date beneath.
Pinner Village Show was held in Pinner Memorial Park on Saturday 12 September 2026, from 11.30am to 5pm. Entry was a donation of £4 per adult, and children went free. The show is run by Pinner Rotary, and the stalls, the charity hub and the food court were all fully booked well before the day (Pinner Rotary).
Organisers listed more than 40 stalls from local organisations, charities and small businesses, plus a food court, a licensed bar with draught beer, children’s rides and a face painter. Rotary’s own standing description of the show puts the usual figure at around 50 stalls.

Pinner Village Show 2026 against the last three shows
Rotary writes up each show on its own page once the money is counted, so the past years give a fair idea of what 2026 is likely to report. From the club’s 2025 and 2024 show pages, read on 2 October 2026:
| Show | Date | Crowd (Rotary estimate) | Raised | Main beneficiaries |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2026 | Saturday 12 September | Not yet published | Not yet published | St Luke’s Hospice, Harrow MS Therapy Centre |
| 2025 | Saturday 6 September | About 4,000 | Just over £10,000 | Paul Strickland Scanner Centre, CVSS (sailing for people with disabilities) |
| 2024 | Saturday 7 September | About 5,000, a record | About £5,500 (expected) | Mind in Harrow, Purple Community Fund |
| 2023 | Saturday 9 September | Not given | Not given |
Rotary called 2025 “our most successful Village Show to date”, so £10,000 is the figure the 2026 show will be measured against. The 2026 programme kept the 2025 format almost act for act: an MP’s opening, a brass band, Bollywood dance, David Wilde’s Punch and Judy, Simply Gray to close, and the Pinner Wood School art prizes presented by the Mayor.
Across the whole 2024/25 Rotary year the club gave £24,360 to charities, and £25,420 the year before, according to its fundraising page. The village show is the largest single event behind that figure.
When the 2027 show is, and how the date is set
Pinner Rotary’s Village Show page, read on 21 September 2026, gives the next date as Saturday 11 September 2027, and calls it provisional. That is the same page that now records the 2026 show in the past tense, so it is the club’s own first word on next year rather than a guess.
Treat “provisional” literally. After the 2024 show the club gave the next date as Saturday 13 September 2025; the show actually ran on 6 September 2025, the date its own “end of the first full week” rule pointed to. For 2027 the rule and the provisional date agree on the 11th, which makes that date more likely to hold.
The date is not arbitrary, which means you can work out future years yourself. Rotary states the show is held “on the Saturday at the end of the first full week in September (usually the second Saturday)”, in Pinner Memorial Park, Chapel Lane, open 11.30am to 5pm. On that rule 2026 fell on the 12th, 2025 on the 6th and 2024 on the 7th, and 2027 lands on the 11th.
Nothing about the format is expected to change: around 50 stalls, a food court with a licensed bar run by Rotary with all profit to charity, children’s rides, and an arena programme of live music, dance and Punch and Judy. The beneficiaries do change each year, because they are whichever charities the incoming Rotary president picks.
The club has not published what the 2026 show raised. Its main fundraising comes from programme advertising and gate donations rather than from stall fees, so the figure tends to follow rather than appear on the day.
Where the money goes
Every donation on the gate goes to The Pinner Rotary Club Trust Fund. That is a registered charity, number 276297, and the Charity Commission register shows it reporting on time with an income of £23,912 (Charity Commission).
The two principal beneficiaries this year are the Rotary president’s chosen charities, and both are local:
- St Luke’s Hospice, which describes itself as caring for people in Harrow and Brent (St Luke’s Hospice)
- Harrow MS Therapy Centre on Watford Road, HA1 3TS, registered charity 299525, which has offered physiotherapy, oxygen therapy and other treatments to people with multiple sclerosis since 1984 (Harrow MS Therapy Centre)
What it means for you
Three practical points, which held in 2026 and will hold again in 2027.
- There is nothing to book. Entry is a donation on the gate rather than a ticket, so there is nothing to reserve and nothing to print.
- Book a pitch early or not at all. The main stalls area, the charity hub and the food court were all full well before the 2026 show; if you want a stall in 2027, approach Rotary in the spring rather than the summer.
- Aim for the timings that matter to you. The brass band opens the afternoon and the two Punch & Judy slots are more than two hours apart, so there is no need to arrive at 11.30am to catch everything.
Getting there, from the council’s own record of the park (Harrow Council):
- Where: close to the centre of Pinner, with entrances on Chapel Lane, Marsh Road, West End Avenue and West End Lane
- By Tube: Pinner Underground station, on the Metropolitan line
- By bus: the H11, H12, H13 and 183
- On site: a car park, public toilets, a playground and a coffee shop
Anyone driving into Harrow more widely should note that the council’s on-street parking rates rose on 1 July 2026 and its own car parks page still quotes the old ones. The current figures are in our guide to parking in Harrow.
