The Great Barn at Headstone Manor holds an artisan food and craft market on Sunday 13 December, 10am to 3pm, with live music and a free car park on Pinner View.

Harrow’s December market is at Headstone Manor on Sunday 13 December 2026, 10am to 3pm, in and around the Great Barn. It is run by Duck Pond Market, which publishes no entry charge, and the venue is Headstone Manor and Museum, Pinner View, Harrow HA2 6PX (Duck Pond Market).

There are two Duck Pond dates at Headstone Manor left this year, 25 October and 13 December, so the December one is the Christmas shopping date (Duck Pond Market, Harrow).

What is there

The organiser describes it as an artisan food and craft market: local artists, crafters, food producers and ethical businesses, selling arts and crafts, gifts, vintage, homewares and clothing, with food to eat there or take home, and live musicians.

The site itself does a lot of the work. Headstone Manor has a moated manor house, gardens, a coffee shop and a playground in the surrounding Headstone Recreation Ground, so it holds up as a morning out rather than a half hour at a stall. The museum’s winter exhibitions run alongside it: The History of Roman Harrow, 40 Years of Exhibitions, Turning the Page and Harrow Unearthed all run to Sunday 3 January 2027 (Headstone Manor and Museum).

Parking, buses and dogs

This is the rare Harrow event where parking is genuinely easy. Duck Pond Market’s own venue page says there is a free car park on Pinner View, 100 metres from the entrance, with Blue Badge spaces on the left as you drive in.

  • Bus: the H9 and H10 stop on Pinner View, a three minute walk. The H14 stops at Victor Road, about six minutes away.
  • Tube: Headstone is about 1.6 miles from both Harrow on the Hill and Rayners Lane, so take a bus from either rather than walking it.
  • Dogs: welcome on a lead.
  • Bikes and scooters: welcome, with somewhere to lock up, but not allowed inside the museum grounds.

Council tariffs elsewhere in the borough, and the catch in Harrow’s free first hour, are on our parking in Harrow page. Check Harrow roadworks and travel before setting off if you are coming across the borough.

The other Christmas shopping date

Harrow Town Centre BID’s Christmas Party on Saturday 28 November has a stall market trading from midday to 7pm, which the BID confirmed when it advertised £50 pitches to traders in August. The date and those hours are all that has been published so far. See our page on the Harrow Christmas lights switch-on for what is confirmed and what is not.

Still to be confirmed

Duck Pond Market has published the date, times and venue but not a trader list, and it notes that its Harrow bookings run on three separate calendars that open six months ahead, so December stalls were not all visible in early September. Headstone Manor had not published a separate festive programme of its own for December when this page was written.
